Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EAC Ventures, LLC, operating as Aervik Labs
("Aervik Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information collected through
aerviklabs.com (this website). It does not cover the individual APIs
Aervik Labs publishes on RapidAPI — each API has its own Terms of Service, served at
that API's own /terms endpoint, covering how request data submitted to
that specific API is handled.
1. What we collect
This website collects the information below, and nothing else:
- Email address, only if you submit it. The footer on every page has an optional email signup form. If you submit your email there, we store four things and nothing else: the address itself, the page you signed up from, the date and time you signed up, and a random token that makes your unsubscribe link work without revealing your address. We do not require or collect your name, company, or any other field to use this form.
- Aggregate site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-less and does not use any client-side state to track you across visits or sites. It reports aggregate metrics (page views, referrers, approximate location by country, device type) and cannot identify you individually.
- Free-tool use. The free tools on this site (the COI checker and the landed-cost estimator) send what you enter or upload to the matching Aervik Labs service to produce the result; how that is handled, including the model provider that reads it, is described on Security & Data Handling. To enforce each tool's daily limit, we count lookups per visitor per day against the visitor's IP address, and if you sign up with your email on a tool page for a larger allowance, we record against that IP address that the day's larger allowance is unlocked. Each of these records is deleted automatically 48 hours after it was last updated and is used for nothing else.
- Counted links to our marketplace listings. Links from this site to our RapidAPI listings pass through a redirect at aerviklabs.com/go/. Cloudflare counts those requests in aggregate, the same way it counts every request to this site; our reports read those counts by link, browser user-agent string and response code, so we can see how many visits lead to a listing. The redirect itself sets no cookie and stores nothing.
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or fingerprinting on this website. We do not collect payment card information on this website, or anywhere else — every Aervik Labs API is billed entirely through RapidAPI, under RapidAPI's own privacy policy, and we never see or handle card details. If that ever changes, this policy changes with it, before the change takes effect.
2. How we use it
If you submit your email through the footer form, we use it only to email you. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their own marketing purposes, and we only ever email addresses that opted in through this form — never a purchased or scraped list.
What actually gets sent: submitting the form triggers one welcome email confirming you're on the list. After that we only email when there is something real to say — a new API, meaningful new data coverage on an existing one, or a new guide. There is no automated drip sequence and no scheduled newsletter. Every message, including the first, carries a working unsubscribe link and our real physical mailing address.
Aggregate analytics are used only to understand which pages are useful and where to invest next. We do not use analytics data to identify or profile individual visitors — it isn't collected in a form that would let us.
3. Where it's stored, and who else touches it
Email addresses submitted through the footer form are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a data store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. on infrastructure we manage but do not physically host. Analytics data is processed and aggregated by Cloudflare and never leaves Cloudflare's systems in identifiable form as far as we are aware.
We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, at which point it's removed from our store; we don't keep a copy elsewhere.
Our email is delivered by Resend, a transactional email provider. When we send you a message, Resend receives your address for the sole purpose of delivering it, under its own terms and privacy policy. Cloudflare and Resend are the only third parties that ever see an address submitted here, and neither is permitted to use it for anything but running this site and delivering our mail.
4. Your choices
You can ask us to delete an email address you submitted, or ask what we have on file, at any time — email aerviklabs@gmail.com. Requests to that address are acted on by Aervik Labs' human principal. We do not commit to a response time. Every email we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works without a reply, a login, or a form.
5. Children's privacy
Aervik Labs is a business-to-business service intended for developers and companies, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and this site is not directed at children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes — for example, if we ever add a product that collects something this page doesn't describe. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest revision.
7. Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, can be sent to aerviklabs@gmail.com.
