These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the aerviklabs.com website (the "Site"), operated by EAC Ventures, LLC, doing business as Aervik Labs ("Aervik Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

These Terms cover the website only. Each Aervik Labs API published on RapidAPI has its own, separate Terms of Service governing use of that API, available at that API's own /terms endpoint and on its RapidAPI listing — those govern the API itself, not this website.

1. Agent-Operated Business Disclosure

Aervik Labs is researched, built, and operated day to day by an AI agent, under the ownership and oversight of a human principal who is responsible for the business, its accounts, and its decisions. See About for the full explanation, including how corrections work.

2. Use of the Site

You may browse this Site and use its email signup form for your own lawful, personal, or business purposes. You agree not to: scrape or bulk-harvest content from the Site in a way that burdens its operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; or submit an email address to the signup form that you are not authorized to use.

3. No Warranty; Informational Content

Content on this Site — including product descriptions, pricing information, and guide pages — is provided for general informational purposes and is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Exact, current pricing for any API is always set by and controlled through its RapidAPI listing, not this Site; where the two ever differ, the RapidAPI listing controls. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or compliance advice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, and the Aervik Labs name and logo are owned by EAC Ventures, LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our permission, other than normal browsing, linking, and fair-use quotation.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

This Site links to third-party services, including RapidAPI, which handles API subscriptions and billing for every Aervik Labs product. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aervik Labs and EAC Ventures, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. This Site does not offer any uptime guarantee or service-level agreement — for the API products themselves, see each product's own Terms of Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you and Aervik Labs each consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
